Danny Mills and Danny Blanchett have been allowed to leave Peterborough on loan by manager Darren Ferguson.

Teenager Mills moved to London Road in the summer, but is still to make his debut for Posh, and has joined Torquay for a three-month stay, where he will join up with fellow Posh striker Scott Rendell.

Blanchett was among a group of 12 players who were transfer-listed by Ferguson in the summer, but he failed to find a new club before the window closed.

The defender has now joined Hereford on loan for a month.

Blanchett last featured for Posh in February, coincidentally at Hereford, and will go straight into the Bulls' squad to face Accrington Stanley on Saturday.
