Wimbledon boss Terry Brown is mulling over a loan deal with Hayes & Yeading for defender Fraser Franks, who is short of match fitness.

The 20-year-old is building up his fitness after six months on the sidelines with a knee injury.

Dons manager Terry Brown told the Surrey Herald: "Fraser's nearly ready but is a bit short of match fitness.

"Several teams are interested in taking him on loan and I think Hayes would be ideal because of the standard of football and location.

"We've had a discussion with them and hopefully something can be sorted out."
