Turner laments poor Shrews show

Shrewsbury manager Graham Turner had no excuses for his side's poor performance after a 3-0 defeat at Southend.
Liam Dickinson put the hosts ahead from the penalty spot in the 27th minute and the other goals came in stoppage time thanks to Mark Phillips and a spot-kick from Neil Harris.
Turner admitted: "We were poor all night but you have to look at the bigger picture. We have to put this game to one side and look at what we have done for most of the season. We have Barnet next and that is a chance to put it right.
"We were poor for large periods of the first half and played into Southend's hands. We were better in the second half and we have had one shot that's hit the inside of the bar, and I thought that had gone in.
"The problem for us was that there was a lack of movement to support the men with the ball. Too many times we were content to just put the ball forward.
"We are a passing side but we were not sharp enough and did not create chances in the right areas."
