Buckle laments individual errors

Bristol Rovers boss Paul Buckle admitted individual errors cost his side dearly as they went down 4-1 at high-flying Crawley.
First-half goals from Tyrone Barnett and Ben Smith put Town firmly in charge and Matt Tubbs gave them a 3-0 lead with his fourth goal of the season before Lee Brown scored for Rovers. Barnett's second goal six minutes from time wrapped up victory.
Rovers had the backing of 921 travelling fans at the Broadfield Stadium, and Buckle said: "We didn't give ourselves a chance by conceding from three set plays. Crawley put us under pressure but we gifted them two goals.
"Football is about scoring and not conceding and we didn't do either. We didn't give ourselves a chance in the game and individual errors cost us."
Buckle confessed the defeat was particularly painful as this was the first time as a manager his side had been beaten by more than two goals.
He added: "We made big changes in the summer and, although we've been solid up to this, there is a lot of hard work to come."
