Buckle: Much hard work ahead

Paul Buckle has admitted his Bristol Rovers team is still gelling but refused to use that as an excuse for their loss to Crawley.
The 4-1 thrashing at the Broadfield Stadium on Saturday - Buckle's biggest defeat as a manager - means Rovers have now not won a League Two game in four attempts.
"We have an awful lot of work to do now. We never thought we were the finished article after big changes in the summer and we know there is a lot of hard work ahead," Buckle told the Bristol Evening Post.
"We didn't deserve to take anything from Saturday's game - we know that. We are an honest bunch and we have to be better next time.
"I was disappointed on a personal level because it's the first time I've been beaten by more than two goals since I've been a manager.
"We had a fantastic following again and we let the fans down. We know that, and we have to put things right."
