Bristol Rovers boss Paul Buckle slammed referee Nigel Miller for a stoppage-time penalty that enabled Bradford to salvage a point.

On-loan striker Jamie Devitt appeared to have his shirt tugged by left-back Lee Brown as the game moved into stoppage time.

The County Durham official pointed to the spot and midfield player Michael Flynn stepped up to score his second penalty of the match - both for infringements against home debutant Devitt.

Saturday's League Two clash at Valley Parade finished 2-2, and afterwards Buckle said: "There was only one minute left on the clock, the player dives and you feel aggrieved - he was looking for a penalty. The first penalty was dubious, the second one was incredible.

"How can I criticise the players? I thought the team did fantastically well. We lost our captain Matt Gill with a hamstring injury in the second half and we had to reshuffle the team.

"I thought we were well worth three points. Bradford have got away with it."
