Hill: Eyeing Rochdale victory again
Leaders Rochdale host Macclesfield on Saturday looking to continue their fantastic league form, while rock-bottom Darlington entertain Bradford.
Rochdale have surged to the top on the back of a three-match winning run and Keith Hill's side will fancy their chances of extending this sequence against a Macclesfield outfit who have not won in five outings in the league.
Any slip-ups and second-placed Bournemouth could reclaim top-spot with victory over Shrewsbury.
While the Cherries are unbeaten in four in the league - but with just one win - it will be tough against the eighth-placed Shrews who will be buoyed after beating Rotherham 2-0 at home on Tuesday.
The third-placed Millers will be looking to bounce back from that defeat when they take on Burton Albion, who lost by the same scoreline to Accrington last time.
Fourth-placed Dagenham & Redbridge could jump into the automatic promotion places with victory at struggling Grimsby.
The Mariners have not won in 11 outings in the league to slump into the bottom two, while the Daggers will be looking for a response after a 5-2 home loss to Aldershot last time out.
That victory helped the Shots jump into the play-off zone on goal difference and Kevin Dillon's side will fancy their chances against fifth-placed Chesterfield, who have lost their last two.
Sixth-placed Notts County thumped Darlington 4-0 last time out but it will not be as easy at Hereford, who have now won their last two in the league to climb up to 15th in the table.
Bury will be looking to bounce back from defeat at Morecambe against fellow play-off contenders Barnet, while the in-form Shrimps are going for their sixth league win on the bounce at Port Vale, who won at Lincoln last time.
Rock-bottom Darlington go into their home clash with Bradford on the back of three heavy defeats, while the Bantams will be looking for a response after their 3-0 home loss to Rochdale.
Third-from-bottom Lincoln have now gone seven games without a win in the league and will hard it equally as tough against Crewe, who have won their last two to climb to 14th.
Both Accrington and Torquay go into their clash with the same form - a draw followed by a win last time out - so it could be close at Crown Ground, while just a point separates Cheltenham and Northampton as both look to win to push away from the drop zone.
The Robins have been in a poor run of form of late but at least they will be buoyed by a 5-1 thumping of Barnet in their last outing at Whaddon Road, while the Cobblers go in search of their first league win in six.
