Torquay United have signed Chris Zebroski and Adam Smith on loan.

Zebroski has arrived from Wycombe on loan until January, whilst Smith has joined from Tottenham.

23-year-old Zebroski scored 19 goals for United when on a season-long loan from Millwall in the 2007-08 season.

At the end of that campaign Zebroski joined Wycombe, but Gulls boss Paul Buckle is delighted to be bringing the player back to Plainmoor.

"Zebs will need no introduction as the players and supporters here know who he is and what he is about," said Buckle.

"They know that he scores goals and has already won promotion from this league with Wycombe. We are delighted to have him back with us."

On Smith, Buckle said: "We have signed a very good young full-back in Adam Smith from Tottenham.

"Adam can play left or right-back and is what we need to cover for Lee Mansell and Kevin Nicholson."
