Norwich skipper Mark Fotheringham claims Charlton are interested in signing him.

Fotheringham's current contract at Norwich expires this summer and he could leave on a free transfer.

The 24-year-old is weighing up his options with Charlton and a number of SPL sides are chasing his services.

"I think Alan Pardew is interested, yes," Fotheringham told the Pink'Un. "And there are a number of SPL teams as well."

Fotheringham's agent Charles Duddy claims the player will be holding talks with Norwich boss Glenn Roeder in the next few days about his future.

"He is up in Scotland at the moment. He will be going down to see Glenn Roeder to discuss his options," Duddy told the Pink' Un.
