Gow: Unsure over future
Blackpool's on-loan striker Alan Gow is unsure where he will be playing his football when his spell with the Seasiders comes to an end in January.
Gow has endured a torrid time with Rangers since making the move from Falkirk in 2007, but told skysports.com that he would welcome another chance at playing for the Glasgow giants.
He said: "I'd love to go back up to Scotland and play for Rangers again, but that's not really up to me. All I can do is continue to play my football down here and if that's good enough for me to force my way back into the side up there, then great. If not, we'll see what happens."
The two clubs have already agreed a fee for the former Airdrie United hot-shot, but having previously rejected permanent moves to Norwich and Burnley last summer, the 26-year-old is still unsure over his next move.
He added: "A few moves fell through before Blackpool came in for me and the gaffer gave me a call and offered me the opportunity to come down here and show that I'm over the injuries and back to playing the football I was playing while at Falkirk. It was a chance I couldn't turn down.
"No-one has spoken to me about making the move permanent or not, but I'm here until January and we'll see what happens when that time comes. It's great to be back playing again, as I was out for a long time and I'm enjoying my football again."
Gow notched the last-gasp winner in Saturday's enthralling 4-3 victory at Watford, but he knows that getting goals isn't the only thing he can bring to the team.
He said: "It was great to get the winner on Saturday and I've scored a few goals since I've been here, so it was nice to get all three points.
"Part of my game is to help create goals as well as score them, so it's pleasing that we are managing to convert a lot of the opportunities we have created in recent games. As long as the team wins that is all that matters really."
