Marseille midfielder Lucho Gonzalez could face four weeks on the sidelines after twisting his ankle.

The 28-year-old Argentina international picked up the injury in Saturday's Ligue 1 game against Toulouse, which ended in a 1-1 draw at the Stade Velodrome.

Gonzalez was replaced by Charles Kabore after 64 minutes and will definitely miss Marseille's UEFA Champions League tie against Zurich on Tuesday.

Club doctor Christophe Baudot told Marseille's official website: "He will have to undergo some tests on Monday but with this kind of injury, he could be out for up to four weeks."

L'OM currently lie sixth in the French top-flight, with 18 points from their opening 10 games, and face a tough test next weekend when they travel to Lyon.
