Marseille slipped to the bottom of the table and still await a first win of the season after going down 2-0 away to Lyon, who are the only unbeaten side in the division.

Bafetimbi Gomis gave Lyon a 17th minute lead and Michel Bastos' goal on 29 minutes ensured a comfortable night for the hosts.

Big-spending PSG were forced to come from two goals down to salvage a 2-2 draw away to promoted Evian.

The top-flight minnows were two goals to the good inside the opening 20 minutes following Jerome Leroy's effort and Yannick Sagbo's penalty.

Argentine playmaker Javier Pastore brought PSG back into the game two minutes before half-time and Mathieu Bodmer spared some of his team's blushes with the equaliser 11 minutes from time.

Nancy are still awaiting a first victory of the season after battling back to secure a 1-1 draw away to Rennes.

Victor Montano had given Rennes a 19th minute lead, but Andre Luiz's penalty on 78 minutes gave Nancy a third point from six games.
