Spanish reports claim Arsenal have taken a keen interest in Daniel Parejo.

The 19-year-old midfielder is one of the most highly-regarded young players in Spain.

Parejo played a leading role in Spain Under-19s European Championship victory and that led to interest from Liverpool.

But now Arsene Wenger's scouts are taking a keen interest in Parejo - who spent last season with Real Madrid's B team Castilla.

Parejo is tipped for big things and Real legend Alberto Di Stefano told As: "Parejo is the best talent in Madrid's youth teams."

However, should Arsenal or any other sides push ahead with a bid for Parejo - it is claimed Real will want as much as 15million euros (£11.8million).
