Aguero: Impressive goal record against Barca
The draw for the last 16 of the Copa del Rey was made on Monday with the pick of the games seeing Atletico Madrid up against Barcelona.
League leaders Barcelona have won the cup a record 24 times and will travel to the Vicente Calderon next month to play the first leg.
Atletico will be looking for a repeat performance of when they last won the competition in 1996 where they defeated the Catalans 1-0.
There are only two non-Primera Liga clubs remaining in the competition, with third-tier sides Real Union and Poli Ejido.
Both teams recorded remarkable results in the last round, with Real Union knocking our Real Madrid on away goals after drawing 6-6 while Poli Ejido hammered second-placed La Liga outfit Villarreal 6-1 over two legs.
Holders Valencia will play Racing Santander, with the first leg in Santander, while 2007 winners Sevilla will have home advantage first when they play Deportivo La Coruna.
There is a northern derby between Osasuna and 23-time winners Athletic Bilbao while Real Mallorca will play Almeria and Sporting Gijon face Real Valladolid.
The first legs are scheduled for 7th January with the return leg a week later on 14th January.
