Lower league Poli Ejido produced yet another remarkable performance in the Copa Del Rey as they beat La Liga outfit Espanyol 3-2 in the opening leg of their fifth round clash.
Third division Poli Ejido, who knocked out Villarreal in the first round, went behind early on as Moises Hurtado netted.
But two goals just after the break from Jorge Molina and Julio put Poli Ejido ahead.
Roman Martinez levelled on 71 minutes, but Poli Ejido were not to be denied as Chico pounced for the winner.
Espanyol also finished the match with ten-men as goalscorer Hurtado saw red.
Real Union, who like Poli Ejido play in the third tier of Spanish football, lost 1-0 at home to Real Betis.
Union defeated Real Madrid in the previous round and they will hope they could still produce another shock as Betis hold just a one-goal lead going into the second leg.
The only goal of the game at the Stadium Gul on came on just 11 minutes when Damia Abella scored.
Copa Del Rey holders Valencia played out a 1-1 draw at Racing Santander.
Gonzalo Colsa put through his own net to give Valencia the lead just before half-time, but Mehdi Lacen levelled for Racing on 51 minutes.
Valencia actually finished the match with just nine men as Vicente and Miguel were both dismissed in the final minutes.
Sevilla hold the advantage over Deportivo La Coruna after a 2-1 win at the Sanchez Pizjuan.
The home side led by two-goals at the interval thanks to Luis Fabiano and Fredi Kanoute.
Omar Bravo then gave Deportivo some hope for the second leg with his goal ten-minutes from time.
Sporting Gijon look firmly on course for the quarter-finals after a 3-1 win over Real Valladolid.
All of Sporting's goals arrived just before the break thanks to a David Barral brace and a Carmelo effort.
Ernesto Canobbio pulled one back in injury time for Valladolid.
