Villarreal have swooped to bring in young Danish striker Nicki Bille Nielsen from FC Nordsjaelland.

The 22-year-old passed a medical at El Madrigal and has penned a four-year deal with the Yellow Submarine.

Nielsen will spend the season with the club's reserve side but he is unavailable for the weekend's Segunda Division clash with Albacete due to international commitments.

The Denmark Under-21 star says he will look to entertain the Villarreal crowd, as well as scoring plenty of goals.

"I am an unpredictable striker and have a nose for goal," said Nielsen.

"I like fantasy and do nice things for the crowd and, of course, I like scoring goals.

"I am a very professional player who never gives up.

"I try to improve on each workout and all I can say is that I will try to give everything for Villarreal."
