Kanoute: Pinpoints danger
Sevilla's Fredi Kanoute believes if his side can stop Cesc Fabregas they can upset Arsenal in Wednesday's UEFA Champions League clash.
The former Tottenham striker has pinpointed Fabregas as the main threat as the Spanish side kick-off their Champions League campaign at Emirates Stadium.
The Spanish international has been in inspired form this season scoring five goals as Arsenal have gone top of the Premier League.
"Arsenal are bigger favourites than us because they have more experience in this competition," Kanoute told the Spanish press.
"But I know their team and if we can nullify their key player, Cesc (Fabregas), and we start quickly as always, I believe we can achieve the win."
And after winning back-to-back Uefa Cups, Kanoute feels Juande Ramos' side now have the experience and ability to upset the Gunners in their first ever group game in the Champions League.
He added: "We are going to have matches in the Champions League that are much more difficult than in the Uefa Cup, but the team is prepared and ready for this competition.
"We have a better squad than last year, with much more experience, and more players. For every position there are two or three players."
