Couto: Banned
Parma defender Fernando Couto has been handed a three-match ban for spitting at an opponent.
Couto was caught spitting at Livorno striker Erjon Bogdani during Parma's 3-2 win on Sunday.
The incident went unpunished at the time, but after reviewing television footage the former Portugual international has been banned.
It means Couto will miss the games with Palermo, Siena and Juventus.
