Milan and Brazil star Kaka feels he will not be at his peak for another two years.

The double World Player and Footballer of the Year feels he can still improve as a player and people may not see his best until the World Cup in 2010.

"I think the best is yet to come," Kaka told Lance Press.

"The year 2007 was marvellous but I still think I can improve technically and physically.

"I want to reach a very high level (for the 2010 World Cup). I will be 28, at my peak. It could be a great World Cup for Brazil, a new cycle and new players."

Kaka has suffered some niggling injuries in recent months and he feels that is purely down to games.

"The biggest problem with injuries, today, is the quantity of games," he said.

"There comes a time when your body can't take any more."

Olympics

The 26-year-old is also still very much planning to go to the Olympics as one of Brazil's over-aged players in the Under 23 tournament.

"Nobody has won the Olympic gold (for Brazil) yet, that's the big motivation," he said.

"But, how I get to the Olympics is something which does not depend on me."

Meanwhile, Kaka's future continues to the subject of intense speculation.

The English press claim Milan have placed a £55million price tag on his head with the hope of putting off Chelsea from making a summer bid.

Kaka himself has insisted he is more than happy with life in Milan.
