Lazio manager Delio Rossi

Rossi: Found guilty

Lazio coach Delio Rossi has been given a three-game ban with the club fined 10,000 euros ($15,480 or nearly £8,000) after being found guilty of trying to influence Lecce during a league game.

The manager was caught asking club president Claudio Lotito to discuss tactics with Lecce directors in an April 2006 match.

Media reports said the discussion involved whether future Lazio signing, Cristian Ledesma, should play for Lecce.

The Italian Football Federation has had no option but to fine the under-fire boss who's Lazio side is currently languishing mid-table in Serie A.
