Trezeguet: Going nowhere
David Trezeguet's agent claims his client will be sticking with Juventus, despite interest from afar.
The French forward's future has been a topic of discussion for some time, with reports regularly linking him with a move away from Turin.
He has struggled to hold down regular football at times over recent seasons, helping to fuel speculation that he needs a fresh challenge.
However, Trezeguet and his agent have always maintained that they remain fully committed to Juve and have no desire to secure a switch elsewhere.
That remains their stance ahead of the 2010/11 campaign, after another hectic summer at Juve.
It remains to be seen whether Trezeguet will figure in the plans of new coach Luigi Del Neri, but he fully intends to stick around and find out.
That means reports of interest from across Europe can be dismissed, while his representative has also revealed that the prospect of a switch to MLS outfit New York Red Bulls has been snubbed.
Antonio Caliendo told RMC: "People keep saying that David will leave for Greece or Turkey, but Juventus rely on him. He will be staying at Juventus.
"David had a lot of offers from other clubs, notably one from New York to link up again with Thierry Henry (the pair started their careers together at Monaco), but the coach thinks highly of him."
