AC Milan new boy Zlatan Ibrahimovic believes he can link up with the club's Brazilian trio to be a force this season.

The Swedish international joined on loan from Barcelona at the end of August and is expected to spearhead a wealth of attacking options, including Samba stars Robinho, Ronaldinho and Alexandre Pato.

Ibrahimovic is set to make his debut for the Rossoneri against Cesena in Saturday's Serie A match.

And the 28-year-old believes the quartet could co-exist in the same team and provide what would be one of Europe's most potent attacking forces.

Asked if Milan could play with four strikers, Ibrahimovic told Gazzetta dello Sport: "Of course we can, it works very well in my national team.

"I don't know what tactical line-up we will play with but I believe this one would be a valid one.

"Attack is always the best defence, that is my philosophy."
