Eintracht Frankfurt full-back Nikola Petkovic is to join Russian top division side FC Amkar Perm on loan.
The German club's executive Heribert Bruchhagen has confirmed to Kicker the player will move for the remainder of the current Russian league season until January 2011.
"Nikola Petkovic will join Amker Perm on loan until January 2011. We have agreed to that," said Bruchhagen, who did not reveal the loan fee or if the deal has a buy option included.
The 24-year-old joined the German club during the 2008/09 season from Serbian side Crvena Zvezda and has two years remaining on his current deal.
He had been a regular performer before Michael Skibbe became manager at the start of last season but is now surplus to requirements.
