2005 winners Liverpool are depending on favours as they look to keep alive their hopes of reaching the last 16.

Rafa Benitez's men need to beat Group E basement boys Debrecen and hope that already qualified Lyon do them a favour by getting a result against Fiorentina.

A win for Fiorentina against Lyon at the Artemio Franchi will send the Italians through and end Liverpool's dreams.

Anything other than a victory in Hungary for Liverpool will see them fail to reach the lucrative knockout stages.

In Group G Rangers also do not have their fate in their own hands as they play host to Stuttgart.

The Scottish champions must beat Stuttgart at Ibrox and hope that Unirea Urziceni fail to beat Sevilla.

Sevilla are already assured of their place in the last 16, but top spot in the group is still up for grabs as the Spaniards make the trip to Romania.

Arsenal require only a point from their home clash with Standard Liege to ensure safe passage from Group H.

The Gunners currently sit at the summit of the group and victory in North London will seal top spot.

Olympiakos can book their place in the last 16 with victory over AZ Alkmaar as long as Standard fail to record a shock win over Arsenal.

Group E is arguably the tightest of all the groups with all four sides still in with a chance of progressing.

Holders Barcelona could suffer an early exit if they lose at home to Inter Milan and Rubin Kazan overcome Dynamo Kiev.

A win for Inter would ensure Jose Mourinho's side a spot in the knockout stages, while defeat for Dynamo will end their participation in this season's competition.
