Inter Milan striker Samuel Eto'o is bullish about his side's chances of beating Chelsea to reach the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals and reckons he will get on the scoresheet at Stamford Bridge.

The Cameroon international is targeting his third Champions League victory after lifting the trophy twice with Barcelona, and is the only player to have scored in two finals.

Inter lead Carlo Ancelotti's men 2-1 after the first leg of their round-of-16 clash and Eto'o admits that he has dreamed of scoring the winner at Chelsea.

"I always improve my own level when I play in a match of this size and I have already dreamed of scoring the winning goal at Stamford Bridge," Eto'o told the News of the World.

"Chelsea are the favourites and the pressure is on them.

"Every minute that passes without a goal on Tuesday will add to that pressure. They will feel the tension.

"That doesn't mean we will be defensive. That would be a grave error.

"We will attack them from the start and if we win this game then I believe we will go on to win the Champions League."

Return

Most of the hype in the run-up to Tuesday's showdown is about Jose Mourinho's return to face his former club, but Eto'o has dismissed any sentiment and insists Inter will be focused on qualifying.

He added: "This not a duel between Jose Mourinho and Carlo Ancelotti or between Samuel Eto'o and Didier Drogba. It is between Chelsea and Inter.

"Mourinho going back to Chelsea is a big thing for him but he is very professional and will be prepared for the situation.

"I had the same thing when I went back to the Camp Nou during the group stages earlier this season.

"I think this is a game where there will be goals - and we are determined to prevail."
