France goalkeeper Sebastien Frey has singled out Fiorentina team-mate Adrian Mutu as Romania's major threat ahead of Monday's Euro 2008 clash.
The French lock horns with Romania in Group C's opening game with both sides keen to get their European Championship campaigns off to a flying start.
And Frey has explained that he will warn first-choice shot-stopper Gregory Coupet of Mutu's quality after witnessing the forward strike 23 goals for his club last season.
"Mutu has so much talent, he'll definitely make an impact," Frey said.
"He told me he wants to leave his mark on the tournament so I'm sure he'll be very motivated.
"He's very versatile and is always a threat on free-kicks but I'll have a word with Greg tomorrow to offer some pointers from what I know.
"If we stifle Mutu, we'll go a long way to stopping Romania."
