Terim: Penalty possiblity
Czech Republic and Turkey will be facing a penalty shoot-out if their Group A match on Sunday ends in a draw.
The duo are battling for the right to qualify in second place behind Portugal and will meet in Geneva this weekend.
Karel Bruckner and Fatih Terim's men each have three points after victories over Switzerland and defeats at the hands of Luiz Felipe Scolari's side, and cannot be separated by either goals scored or conceded.
The Portuguese are assured of top spot ahead of their final fixture against co-hosts Switzerland, who have already been eliminated.
Uefa regulations state: "If two teams which have the same number of points, the same number of goals scored and conceded play their last group match against each other and are still equal at the end of that match, the ranking of the two teams in question will be determined by kicks from the penalty mark, provided no other teams within the group have the same number of points on completion of all group matches."
The team that qualifies second in Group A will play the winners of Group B in the quarter-finals in Vienna on 20th June.
