Domenech: Ribery backing
Franck Ribery has urged the French Football Federation (FFF) to keep faith with manager Raymond Domenech.
Domenech's position as head coach is under review following France's torrid Euro 2008 campaign, where they departed at the group stages after one draw and two defeats.
The FFF are due to make an announcement on Domenech's future on 3rd July, with reports suggesting that his four-year reign could come to an end.
But Ribery, who impressed during this summer's tournament before suffering a serious ankle injury, has voiced his backing for the under-fire boss.
"I can say that, personally, I've never had any worries about him," the Bayern Munich winger told L'Equipe.
"In my opinion Domenech shouldn't go, he should stay and keep working with the group.
"If there have been mistakes, then they were not only his. Frankly, I'd like him to stay."
