Former France defender Lilian Thuram is poised to join Paris St Germain from Barcelona.
According to reports in L'Equipe, the veteran full-back has reached an agreement on a one-year deal with the Ligue 1 club and has passed a medical.
Thuram's contract with Barcelona was due to expire this summer and he was not expected to be part of new coach Pep Guardiola's future plans.
A PSG spokesman told L'Equipe: "Both parties are still in negotiations."
Thuram won a record 142 caps for his country before calling time on his international career as Raymond Domenech's side failed to get beyond the group stage of Euro 2008.
