Nelson: Interest from England
Benfica defender Nelson has revealed that he has no interest in leaving Portugal for the Premier League.
The former Portuguese U21 international has attracted interest from a host of English clubs, with Aston Villa believed to have already made enquiries as to his availability.
However, the full-back insists that he is happy at Estadio da Luz and has no desire to seek a new challenge abroad.
"I can confirm that I have received two offers, but I am happy in Lisbon, and the people are happy with me," he said.
"Benfica is the club in my heart and me priority is to always do my best for Benfica."
Should Nelson be tempted into a summer switch then it is thought that a bid of around 15million euros (£12million) would be enough to prise him away from the Eagles.
