Hungarian outfit Ferencvaros have snapped up Tommy Doherty after the midfielder left Wycombe earlier this month.

The 30-year-old was a free agent after he left the Chairboys by mutual agreement following Gary Waddock's appointment as boss in October.

Ferencvaros have secured his services until the end of the season, with an option to extend his contract by an additional year.

The former Northern Ireland international has also played for Bristol City, QPR and Yeovil in his career.
