Germany head coach Joachim Low has brushed aside speculation that he could succeed Fatih Terim at Turkey.

Low helped Germany qualify for next summer's World Cup finals with a near perfect record after reaching the final of Euro 2008.

His contract is due to expire after the tournament, although he has confirmed talks over an extension are ongoing.

The 49-year-old is familiar with Turkish football having managed Fenerbahce and Adanaspor, but is distancing himself from replacing Terim.

No offers

"There've been no offers coming in," he told Deutsche Presseagentur when questioned of the possibility of linking up with Turkey.

"I know there's been a lot written in Turkey with a lot of names mentioned every day.

"I'm an expert of Turkish football as I've had spells down there at club level. Anyway, this is absolutely none of my concern actually."

Germany tackle Finland in their final World Cup qualifier and Low insists his focus is solely on the game, not his contract.

"We're playing Finland this week and I have waived discussions over new terms for now," he continued.

"I am asking my players to fully focus on upcoming matches, though it is the same for the head coach.

"But I know Mr Zwanziger (Dr. Theo Zwanziger, chairman of the German FA) is attempting to sign a new deal with me, of course."
