Bosnia and Herzegovina midfielder Zvjezdan Misimovic says he will not play another game for the national team while Miroslav Blazevic is in charge.

The 27-year-old Wolfsburg winger was blamed by Bosnia coach Blazevic as the reason they were beaten by Portugal in their World Cup qualifier last week.

Bosnia fell at the last hurdle in their attempt to reach South Africa, and Misimovic pulled out of the second leg against Portugal with a leg injury.

However, he played a full 90 minutes four days later for Wolfsburg, sparking rumours that he feigned the original injury to hit back at the national manager.

After the first leg Blazevic was extremely critical of the player, saying his poor performance was the reason they lost the match.

"I don't want to work with Mr Blazevic anymore," Misimovic told Sportsport. "I just don't see any reason in this.

"I had bad knee problems and I know that I didn't play well in the first leg against Portugal, but I sill think that Blazevic shouldn't talk about problems with me with a journalist - he should talk with me.

"Blazevic is only looking for excuses after failing in the play-offs. But we didn't score a goal in 180 minutes against Portugal, so we have no right to complain.

"As far as I'm concerned, I will simply not work with Blazevic anymore.

"This is not the end of my international career, as I still want to play for Bosnia, but I just can't work with this coach anymore."
