Super League champions Leeds Rhinos have handed a new three-year contract to Jamie Jones-Buchanan.
The news comes as the 26-year-old prepares alongside team-mates at a training camp in Jacksonville, Florida, ahead of Leeds' clash with South Sydney on Saturday.
Coach Brian McClennan said: "I am really pleased for Jamie and the club that he has agreed a new contract.
"He is a great part of our squad, both on and off the field, and a true professional.
"He has represented his country and won two Grand Finals but there are hopefully even better times to come for him during his career."
Jones-Buchanan, who signed for Leeds nine years ago and made his Great Britain debut in the third Test against New Zealand in November, came through the junior system at Headingley.
And the second row is already planning for a career beyond playing by cutting his coaching teeth with the Rhinos' Under-16 team.
He said: "I am delighted to have agreed the new deal but there was no other club I want to play for.
"I have been here since I was 13, I am a Leeds lad and nothing gives me more pride than pulling on the Leeds shirt and playing at Headingley Carnegie.
"We have got a great squad here at Leeds and we want to build on the success of last year. The squad want to stay together and fulfil their potential and that is very exciting as a player."
