Reigning champions Australia have been drawn in the same group as India for the 2008 International Cricket Council's (ICC) Champions Trophy.
Twenty20 champions India defeated the one-day world champions to lift the CB series in March and had a fiery Test series in Australia, so a real battle is expected.
Pakistan and last year's runners-up the West Indies are the other two teams drawn in Group A for the sixth edition of the tournament set to be held in the Asian sub-continent in September and October.
England have been drawn alongside South Africa, New Zealand and Sri Lanka in Group B meanwhile.
The eight teams in the 2008 trophy will play on a round-robin basis with two teams from each group progressing to the semi-finals.
