Evans: Fitness worry
Northern Ireland are sweating over the fitness of Jonny Evans ahead of this weekend's World Cup qualifier with Slovenia.
Evans is struggling with a virus and did not travel with the rest of the squad to Slovenia.
Northern Ireland boss Nigel Worthington remains hopeful Manchester United ace Evans will join up with the squad later this week.
"I spoke to Jonny on Wednesday morning and he still doesn't feel great but I'm hoping he will fly out and join us before Saturday's game.
"In an ideal world, we would like him to be out with us on Wednesday night but we will have to see how he feels."
Worthington will be keen to have Evans available after losing both Stephen Craigan and Michael Duff earlier this week.
Birmingham goalkeeper Maik Taylor has travelled with the squad despite not being able to train because of flu.
"Maik has had the flu for a few days now but should be okay," added Worthington.
