Langer: coaching role
I have been passionate about Australian cricket for many years so I am excited about playing a 'hands on' role in the continued development of the Test team, particularly in the batting and leadership departments.

Justin Langer has been added to Australia's coaching set up for Test cricket.
Langer will work under head coach Tim Nielsen as the team's batting coach and mentor in the five-day format.
The 38-year-old retired from international cricket in January 2007 having averaged 45.27 in 105 Tests.
He ended his first-class career last September after spending the previous three seasons as captain of Somerset in English county cricket.
Langer will work with Australia's Test squad for the majority of the upcoming season, which includes three-match series against both West Indies and Pakistan.
"Justin Langer will join the Australian Test squad and provide specialist skills in assisting the batters prepare for Test match cricket," said Cricket Australia general manager Michael Brown.
"He'll also develop plans to assist players cope with the rigours of the Test match game.
"We are thrilled to have a player of Justin's experience working with the Test team.
"Justin was renowned for his professional approach to preparation and his commitment to play for his country and he will help many young players as our team continues to develop."
Langer is looking forward to his new job and is excited to once again be working alongside Australia captain Ricky Ponting.
"I have been passionate about Australian cricket for many years so I am excited about playing a 'hands on' role in the continued development of the Test team, particularly in the batting and leadership departments," he said.
"Having just retired as a player I can think of no better apprenticeship in coaching than to work with Ricky and Tim and the Australian cricket team."
