Henry: Focused
Thierry Henry has warned the hardest part is still to come as France bid to seal World Cup qualification.
Les Bleus took control of their World Cup play-off against Republic of Ireland with a 1-0 victory at Croke Park on Saturday.
France will have home advantage in Wednesday's second leg but Henry is aware the situation could change quickly if they do not approach the game in the right manner.
"The hardest thing will be to finish the job," the Barcelona forward said at France's Clairefontaine training base.
"The plain truth is that when we get on the field it will be 0-0. We will approach this match as if it was a one-off.
"We said right away there were 90 minutes still to play. We've been fighting to qualify for the last two years. The Irish will not give up."
The players clashed at the end of the first leg following an incident involving France midfielder Lassana Diarra and Keith Andrews of Ireland.
Andrews was angered by a comment allegedly made by Diarra but Henry does not believe Ireland will be intent on revenge at Stade de France.
"As I said on English television, I do not expect anything," said the former Arsenal man.
"They are a team that will play, as they usually do, to their abilities and aggressively in the proper sense."
