Pakistan crushed Australia by seven wickets in a one-sided opening Twenty20 international in Dubai.
Sohail Tanvir took three wickets as Australia were bowled out for only 89 - their second lowest total in the short format - and that paltry target was chased down with more than five overs to spare.
None of Australia's batsmen got into a rhythm with David Warner's 25-ball innings of 22 proving to be their top score.
Such were their struggles that they managed to hit only three boundaries in 19.3 overs, two fours from Warner and one from fellow opener Shane Watson.
After Warner fell with the score on 46-2 only skipper George Bailey (14) and Cameron White (15) reached double figures against an accurate Pakistan attack.
As well as Tanvir (3-13), Mohammad Hafeez, Raza Hasan and Saeed Ajmal took two wickets apiece, the latter being denied a hat-trick by Xavier Doherty late in the innings.
Pakistan soon made inroads and made it to 30 before Hafeez was caught off the bowling of Pat Cummins to give Australia the briefest of sniffs.
They lost a couple more wickets but were never in trouble and 31 from Kamran Akmal, including three fours and the only six of the match, saw them home at the end of the 15th over.
