Peterborough boss Darren Ferguson was ecstatic with his team's commitment after they eased to a 2-0 win at Barnsley.
Posh remain at the root of the table but back-to-back wins has buoyed everyone at the club.
Ferguson said: "We have just beaten a good team tonight in Barnsley. They had the majority of possession and we waited and attacked them on the counter-attack.
"The effort put in tonight by the players was fantastic. Throughout the whole
squad there's togetherness.
"The lads have come off the field exhausted. If I can get the commitment they won't have any complaints from me.
"We have done well so far this week. Tonight is our first clean sheet of the
season."
