Paris St Germain coach Carlo Ancelotti has dismissed speculation that the club are planning a January bid for Bayern Munich winger Frank Ribery.

Reports from Germany recently claimed that big-spending PSG are ready to test Bayern's resolve to keep Ribery by launching a New Year raid for the 29-year-old.

However, with PSG already having agreed a deal to bring in Brazil international Lucas Moura, Ancelotti says there is no room in his squad for Ribery.

"It is not true that Ribery could come to PSG," said Ancelotti.

"He is a very good player, but I cannot see where we can find a position for him in our group.

"I have too many people in that position, moreover we are expecting someone."

Ribery joined Bayern from Marseille five years ago and is under contract at the Allianz Arena until 2015, having previously stated he could finish his career with the Bundesliga leaders.
