Tranmere boss Ronnie Moore is refusing to press the panic button despite seeing his side lose for the second consecutive game.

This, after Iain Hume's injury-time winner earned a 2-1 win for Doncaster.

The hosts thought they had rescued a point with just three minutes left on the clock after dominating the second half when Jake Cassidy cancelled out Billy Paynter's opener, but Hume had the last laugh in stoppage-time.

"I am shocked, I don't know how we lost," said Moore. "Once we got ourselves back in the game we got done by a sucker punch.

"I can't criticise the players because I am as gutted as they are. It is disappointing but I won't get too upset.

"We gave a lot more than we got and if it was a boxing match Doncaster would have packed up and gone home.

"Once you equalise late on you can't afford to lose but the lads have to learn because if they don't then we could be in trouble."
