Nottingham Panthers remain two points clear at the top of the Elite League after a 7-3 victory over Braehead Clan.

The Panthers have already qualified for the play-offs along with Belfast Giants and Sheffield Steelers, but they showed no sign of letting up on Saturday night, Brandon Benedict on target three times.

Belfast Giants are second after cruising to an 8-2 win over Coventry Blaze, Noah Clarke and Daymen Rycroft both scoring twice.

Sheffield Steelers beat Fife Flyers 3-0.

Bottom side Hull enjoyed a 2-1 win over Cardiff Devils thanks to Kurtis Dulle's strike after 17:37 of the third.

Edinburgh Capitals thumped Dundee Stars 8-2.
