Nottingham Panthers may already have Elite League play-off qualification in the bag but they were in no mood to relent as they hit Fife for 10 on Saturday night.

Corey Neilson's men ran up a 10-2 scoreline against their hapless Scottish opponents, registering a sixth straight win in the process.

Forwards Bruce Graham and David Ling both scored twice as Nottingham stayed two points ahead of Belfast Giants, who were 5-0 winners over Cardiff.

It was also the Giants' sixth victory in a row and Andrew Fournier starred for them with a brace, with the lead duo continuing to set the pace.

Sheffield Steelers are third - they lost 3-2 to Edinburgh on a shoot-out - while Coventry are fourth after they saw off Dundee 4-1, thanks largely to Adam Heinrich's double.

In Saturday night's other match, bottom side Hull won 2-1 at Braehead, with Kurtis Dulle netting an overtime clincher.
