NBA: The Oklahoma City Thunder overcome the Los Angeles Lakers

Russell Westbrook was in inspiration form as the Oklahoma City Thunder kept the pressure on San Antonio at the top of the Western Conference.
Westbrook registered 37 points and 10 rebounds as the second-placed Thunder overcame the Los Angeles Lakers 122-105.
Kevin Durant chipped in with 26 points as the Thunder led from start to finish.
Kobe Bryant top-scored for the Lakers with 30 points, however his side remain on the fringes of the play-off picture in ninth.
The Boston Celtics continue to prove that they can cope without Rajon Rondo as they beat the Philadelphia 76ers 109-101.
Avery Bradley (22) and Paul Pierce (18) led the way as the Celts moved to 12-4 since Rondo was suffered a serious knee injury.
Denver Nuggets are now unbeaten in six after their 120-113 win over the struggling Sacramento Kings.
Ty Lawson had 24 points, Danilo Gallinari added 23 and Kenneth Faried chipped in with 19 points and 12 rebounds.
Marcus Thornton scored 32 points - including five three-pointers - in a losing cause for the Kings.
