Michael Hector has returned to Reading following a successful loan spell in Scotland with Aberdeen.

The 21-year-old defender played 22 games for the Dons and scored one goal, helping them climb up to second place in the Scottish Premiership.

Hector, who has previously had spells on loan with Barnet, Shrewsbury, Aldershot and Cheltenham, will now be in contention for a place in the injury-hit Reading squad for this weekend's trip to Watford.
