Zenit all the way - it's insulting enough for all the teams that worked to qualify for the UEFA Cup that Rangers should be parachuted into the competition along with the other Champions League Group Stage rejects, for them to go and win it would be a disgrace

I hope Zenit win as they play attacking entertaining football where as Rangers play 11 men behind the ball from the first minute hoping for extra time & penalties, they have only won 8 games in 18 in europe this season, the rest have been boring away goals draws or penalties, they are torture to watch & play "anti-football" They are about as exciting as watching paint dry!

Yes, I know I'm a Celtic fan, I'm not going to sit here and say I'd really love it if Rangers win tonight. Let's face it, If AC Milan were in the Champions League final, do you really think Inter would be cheering them on? I think not. That said, I truly hope the winner tonight is football.....If Rangers play proper football and not the boring stuff we've seen recently and go on to win, fair play to them. I just sincerely hope they don't just shut up shop and play for penalties from the start. Good luck football!

Good luck to Rangers tonight, its great to see a British club in the final at the city of Manchester stadium, and they deserve to be there on merit well done the Gers.

This is the time for this Rangers team to become legends. Let's do this for Rangers fans everywhere in the world. It will be a proud, proud moment for myself and my family as we are all true blues. We're going into this game as the underdogs. Just like every other game we have played in the UEFA cup this year. We have prevailed over some great teams and I don't see why we can't do it tonight. Come on the teddy bears!!!

I recall Rangers were underdogs against Fiorentina, Liverpool were underdogs against Arsenal then turned them over 4-2 at the emirates. European football, in particular latter rounds and the final are too unpredictable. Rangers have a great chance and i hope they do it for British football. UEFA cup winners to complement the fact that no English team was knocked out of the Champions League by a foreign club puts Britain right at the top of the pile in European football.

I am a massive Gers fan and am gutted that I am not in Manchester or Glasgow to watch the game tonight as I am currently working in Turkey! I will be watching on TV though and think I may have no finger nails left at the end of the game! Want to wish Walter, Ally and the boys the very best of luck! We can do the Quadruple! We are the people! :)

Sorry Ranger's but even without Pogrebnyak,Zenit will prevail. They have too much pace throughout the team and move the ball at speed which Bayern struggled to cope with in the s/f.Arshavin is the danger man and could take Ranger's apart if they don't get to grip's with him.

Rangers will be hoping that playing Russian opposition is a good omen as their 3-2 victory in Barcelona when they won the Cup Winners Cup was against Dinamo Moscow. Amazingly the parallels with that previous success do not stop there as Rangers beat Sporting Lisbon on their way to the final, built their success on high work-rate and a strong defence and they were accused of playing "anti-football" by the coach of Rennes! Good luck Rangers!

It would be great for Scottish football if the Gers could do it, but how damaging has their style of play been for not only Scottish football but football in general. It remains to be seen if they have the b.... to actually have a go tonight.

I heard Rangers only got 13000 tickets allocated. That is a complete insult. Hope they pull it off though.

I hope Ranagers win tomorrow as they have finally got back to what they were like in the past. It's just a shame that their own FA aren't willing to suport them. Zenit apparently were given time by their FA to prepare for this match so why can't Te scotish FA give Ranagers some time off. I wonder what would've happened if it was Celtic.

Well done Walter, Ally and the boys. What a season! One last push ......I think we can do it and think Lee McCulloch will cause them lots of problems in the air (if fit).

I think Rangers have what it takes. I think Zenit are a great team but our defence it solid enough to deal with them, especially now that their star striker it out. If Walter plays Novo on the right with Whittaker right-back and drops Broadfoot i think we will be solid. He has to play McCulloch on the left as he gives us that aireal advantage we need. Zenit will always be looking to be on the attack but our team are stong enough and good enough to deal with it. I think there are alot of players in the team who should be in the starting 11 and Novo deserves to be after his performances over tha past few weeks. If we play Broadfoot i think it could bite us in the backside as he makes way too many mistakes and that will be the position Zenit are looking to take advantage of. Advocaat knows us well and im sure Walter will have the team prepared for a few surprises the way we play. Rangers for the quadruple!

I watched Zenit play against Bayern Munich who i believed would go on to win the tournament. Although i would like to see Rangers win it, it will be a very tough game. Although saying that the big Zenit forward is out due to a yellow card that shouldn't of been which will help David Weirs ageing legs!!! Hope Rangers do it though!!!

I hope Rangers do it...will always support a British team against foreign opposition. It will be hard for them and maybe not a football feast but all the best for the final!
