The annual Tri-Nations competition gets underway this Saturday when New Zealand take on South Africa, live on Sky Sports 1 from 8:30am.

The All Blacks' record speaks for itself in this competition; they have won it eight times in the twelve years it has taken place and have only lost fifteen of their fifty matches.

Sky Bet are offering; 4/5 for the All Blacks to make it four wins in a row and 2/5 for them to get off to a winning start against the Springboks.

Sky Bet are offering a market on which player will be the top points scorer in the tournament. New Zealand's Dan Carter is currently third in the all-time points scorers table in the Tri-Nations with 230 points.

It's 4/6 for the New Zealand fly-half to accumulate most points, with South Africa's Francois Steyn second favourite at 12/5 and Australia's Matt Giteau available at 7/2.

Where next for Ronaldo?

Cristiano Ronaldo has met Manchester United doctors to assess his ankle injury but his future at Old Trafford remains in doubt with Sky Bet making him odds-on at 8/11 to quit Old Trafford for the Bernabéu.

Sky Bet offer 5/2 for Tottenham striker Dimitar Berbatov to sign for Manchester United.

AC Milan are now 10/1 to sign Emmanuel Adebayor from Arsenal after branding their asking price of £35.8m as 'an impossible request'.

The Togo international is 4/7 to remain at Arsenal and 7/2 to be playing for Barcelona on the opening day of the Premier League season.

Sky Bet make Samuel Eto'o 4/6 to join Chelsea following reports that Florent Malouda has been offered as part of an £18m deal.

After signing Jo from CSKA Moscow on Wednesday, Manchester City are also optimistic about their chances of recruiting former World Player of the Year, Ronaldinho, and are 5/2 to bring him to Eastlands.

AC Milan (7/4) and Chelsea (15/8) head the market to sign the Brazilian star.

Silver lining!

Sky Bet are offering a vast range of markets ahead of this weekend's British Grand Prix, including specials on each of the three British drivers.

It's 100/30 for Lewis Hamilton to equal his 2007 performance by coming third and 100/30 for him to record the fastest lap, after setting the best time in testing.

Sky Bet customers continue to back Hamilton to revive his title challenge at Silverstone, resulting in his odds of winning being cut from 11/4 to 9/4, of being the fastest qualifier from 5/2 to 2/1 and of finishing in the points for the first time since his Monte Carlo victory, from 1/5 to 1/7.

Hamilton is 1/6 to be the highest classified British driver, with David Coulthard at 9/2 and Honda's Jenson Button the outsider of the three at 10/1.

After struggling in the last two British Grand Prix, Button will be content just to finish in the points and is 11/4 to do so.

David Coulthard is expected to announce his retirement at Silverstone.

The two-time British Grand Prix winner is 5/6 to finish in the top ten and 33/1 to achieve a podium finish.

All Friends Together

Friday sees the first of the Friends Provident semi-final matches when defending champions Durham take on Kent, live on Sky Sports 2 from 12:00pm.

Sky Bet make Durham 15/8 favourites to lift the trophy and 4/5 to beat Kent.

Sky Bet are also offering a number of special enhanced doubles across both semi-final matches including; 11/4 for both Yorkshire and Durham to win, 9/4 for Durham and Essex to both win, 3/1 for Kent and Yorkshire to progress and 5/2 for Kent and Essex.

Kent's progression in the Friends Provident is largely due to the batting of South African Martin van Jaarsveld and to some top bowling from Yasir Arafat both of whom are topping the averages.

Van Jaarsveld is currently averaging 96 with the bat in the Friend Provident Trophy and is 7/2 joint favourite with Robert Key to be Kent's top batsman against Durham.

The Durham Dynamos will be hoping their overseas, Michael Di Venuto can produce the goods with the bat. He has so far scored 396 runs from nine innings and is 10/3 to be Durham's top batsman.

All Change?

Sky Bet have unveiled a number of 'Transfer Specials' markets concerning where some of the big names will be playing their football at the start of the new season.

Samuel Eto'o is 4/6 to be a Chelsea player and 9/2 to remain at Barcelona with both Milan sides available to back 8/1.

Euro 2008 star Andrei Arshavin is 1/2 to be plying his trade at Barcelona and 6/4 at Chelsea while Emmanuel Adebayor is 4/6 to remain at Arsenal and 7/2 to head for Barcelona.

He is 5/1 to move across London and join Chelsea.

Ponting 3/1 for top score

Australia go into their 4th one day international against the West Indies on Friday knowing that they have already secured the series having won the first three matches.

Australia eased to victory in the 3rd ODI by 7 wickets, which included a half century for captain Ricky Ponting and a knock of 126 from opener Shane Watson.

Sky Bet are offering 3/1 for Ponting to be Australia's top batsman in the 4th ODI and 4/1 for Watson.

The West Indies openers got the hosts off to a good start in the 3rd ODI with an opening partnership of 86 and it's 6/5 for the West Indies to have the highest opening partnership in the 4th ODI and 5/6 for Gayle to score more runs than Australia's Shaun Marsh who was out for a duck in the previous ODI.

It's 4/5 for Shivnarine Chanderpaul who is currently averaging 77 in this series to score more runs than Michael Clarke (10/11 Clarke), 11/10 for the West Indian opener Xavier Marshall to score more runs than Shane Watson (4/6 Watson) and 11/10 for Dwayne Bravo to outscore Michael Hussey (4/6 Hussey).
