Chelsea v Manchester United Dimitar Berbatov

Barbatov: Yet to find the net

Dimitar Berbatov has been in the news recently and Sky Bet have opened a market on when he will notch his first league goal for Manchester United.

The Bulgarian star is yet to find the back of the net since his much publicised and controversial £30.75million move from Tottenham on transfer deadline day.

However, despite not scoring in his first three games, Berbatov remains confident he will deliver the goods at Old Trafford.

"I have had to handle expectation and pressure throughout my life," he told The Sun.

"I'm not scared and that's why I'm here. The most important things are to enjoy myself, help the team to win more trophies and entertain the fans."

Sky Bet make it a 5/4 chance that his first Premier League goal in a United shirt comes this weekend against Blackburn, then it's 7/4 West Brom, 5/1 Everton, 6/1 West Ham and 8/1 in the match against Hull on November 1.

Wednesday specials

Sky Bet are offering a variety of special markets ahead of Wednesday's Champions League action, which sees tournament favourites Chelsea take on CFR Cluj.

The Blues, who started their European campaign with a 4-0 victory over Bordeaux, are 5/1 not to concede a goal during the group stage and it's 11/10 for them to go unbeaten in Group A.

Phil Scolari's side are quoted at 8/15 to progress further in the competition than five-time winners, Liverpool (11/8). Reds skipper, Steven Gerrard, is 15/2 to score a penalty against PSV after doing so in their first game against Marseille and is 11/8 to notch his 100th goal for Liverpool at Anfield on Wednesday.

Arise Sir Chris?

Sky Bet reckon Chris Hoy is a 1/10 chance to be knighted in the New Year's Honours List.

The price comes in reaction to Bradley Wiggins' call for his fellow Beijing cycling gold medalist to be rewarded for his work in the sport with a knighthood.

Wiggins won double Olympic gold in China, to take his career total to three, while Hoy now has four golds after picking up a hat-trick of wins in Beijing - the first British Olympian to achieve that feat in 100 years.

And Wiggins is adamant that Team GB's efforts at the Laoshan Velodrome should be formally recognised.

Wiggins told The Guardian: "It's got to be Sir Chris hasn't it? We've grown up together and the guy's a legend.

"We've got some exceptional men and women in the team but Chris did the business. It would be a knighthood for the whole of British cycling."

Wiggins himself is 8/11 with Sky Bet to get a knighthood and reflecting on his own chances of receiving the honour, he added: "Sir Brad? Who knows? I'm an OBE already. If I'd got one gold in Beijing it would have been a CBE but I got two golds. I'd love it if they thought it might be worth a knighthood."

Wade 6/1 for repeat

The Sky Poker World Grand Prix gets underway next week and Sky Bet are offering 6/1 for James Wade to defend his title.

Wade claimed his first World Grand Prix title last year with a 6-3 win over Terry Jenkins and it's 40/1 for another Wade v Jenkins final showdown this year.

It's 9/2 for Wade to meet seven-time World Grand Prix champion Phil Taylor in this year's final. 'The Power', who recently defended his South African Masters title, is Sky Bet's 11/10 favourite to win in Dublin and is 8/15 to win his quarter and 4/1 to get the tournament's highest checkout.

Sky Bet are offering a wide range of specials on the tournament including evens for there to be over 155 180's hit, 5/6 for any player to hit a 170 checkout, 12/1 for a nine darter to be hit for the first time in the competition and 5/4 for there to be a new Grand Prix champion (4/7 former champion to win).
