British No.1 Andy Murray has been drawn against Jonathan Eysseric in the first round of the French Open at Roland Garros.
Murray has only appeared at the French Open once in the past, losing his first-round match in 2006 - with injury preventing him from competing 12 months later.
The Scot has openly admitted that the French Open is his least favourite Grand Slam, however having hired clay court specialist Alex Corretja, he is looking to at least rach the fourth round this time around.
Victory over the left-handed Frenchman Eysseric will see Murray pitted against either Dominik Hrbaty or Jose Acasuso in the second round, while the seeded Nicholas Almagro is a potential opponent after that.
Defending champion Rafael Nadal, who is chasing for a fourth successive title at Roland Garros, will face a qualifier in his first match, while top seed Roger Federer begins his quest against world No. 41 Sam Querrey.
